Job Descriptions:

General Manager
Would you like to be part of the dynamic
management team of a service industry leader? As a results
oriented General Manager, you will head up one of our many
profit centers, and be responsible for sales, customer service,
and production functions within the facility. Your Bachelor’s
Degree, 5-10 years of diversified management experience,
record of profit contribution, leadership experience, and
willingness to relocate will serve as a good foundation
for your success. We will provide up to 12 months of intensive
training before your General Manager assignment, and offer
continuous support and education to help you achieve your
goals.

Service Manager
At Prudential Overall Supply, our customers
come first! As a Sales & Service Manager, you will be
responsible for managing a district of customers with an
annual revenue base of up to $3 million. With a focus on
customer retention, customer satisfaction, customer visitations,
and revenue growth, you will manage a team of up to 9 route
sales & service representatives in the day-to-day delivery
and sales of our products and services. Successful candidates
will use their 2-5 years of management experience, sales
experience, leadership skills, customer service skills and
willingness to relocate in helping to grow our business.

Plant
Superintendent
Our Plant Superintendents receive up to
9 months of training before managing one of our modern processing
facilities. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day
operations of the processing line including shipping/receiving,
maintenance, inventory control, wastewater control, and
automotive maintenance. Your 3+ years of production or management
experience, technical training, education, and willingness
to relocate are essential in being successful in this position.

District Sales
Manager
Reporting to the Director of Sales &
Marketing, our District Sales Managers are responsible for
monitoring, directing, evaluating and training all Corporate
Sales Representatives (CoSR) within their districts. In
addition, the District Sales Manager also evaluates performance
CoSR performance standards, and marketing penetration for
all Sales as requested by Corporate Marketing. District
Sales Managers are also responsible for reviewing all system
reports weekly, quickly consulting with CoSRs and making
corrections needed to consistently achieve sales quotas
for the District.
They will aid and assist CoSRs in preparing
proposals and presentations to prospects, select and recommend
trade shows, test products and markets, recommend territory
structure and realignment, and perform any special projects
as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Corporate Sales
Representative
As a Corporate Sales Representative, you
will develop new accounts through your excellent sourcing,
prospecting, proposal, and selling skills. Successful candidates
must have a proven track record of new account sales results.
We offer a base salary, commission and bonus plan with no
cap on earnings. We also provide complete training in our
products and systems and offer career growth potential.

Manager Trainee
Let your Bachelor’s Degree get you started
in a management career! Our Management Potential Training
Program will provide complete training in customer service,
production, and sales as you prepare to manage in our fast-paced
and dynamic environment. Upon successful completion of your
training, you will manage in production or customer service;
or in sales as an outside sales representative. Successful
candidates will be growth oriented, career minded, and open
to relocation.

Customer Sales
Representative - Route Driver
The Customer Sales Representative (CSR)
is the most important person involved in servicing our customers
at Prudential Overall Supply. The CSR has day-to-day responsibilities
in the quality service of product delivery and pick-up from
our customer locations. As a CSR, you will also act as the
link between the customer and the processing facility. Your
good driving record, customer service skills, ability to
lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, and ability to drive
a manual transmission truck are necessary in the management
of your customer base.

Maintenance Mechanic
Our production teams rely on our Maintenance
Mechanics to keep the processing facility running. Whether
you’re repairing or maintaining our systems, you’ll use
your electrical, pipefitting, mechanical, welding, and instrumentation
skills in a variety of areas that will allow you to grow
your maintenance career.

Maintenance Supervisor
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll work
hands-on with our team of Maintenance Mechanics in the repair
and maintenance of our production facilities. You’ll also
develop and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
to eliminate any downtime. In addition, your previous management
experience will help in building a successful maintenance
team.
