Customer Visitation Service Check

Communication is the key to efficient and reliable service. By a continuous program of review, we can adjust to any of your changing requirements. Our management team will visit your account at regularly scheduled intervals. By using a check list that covers all phases of your cleanroom garment processing service program, we clearly define the quality of our service. With your permission, we consult with the responsible party at your service location(s). At the conclusion of our interview, we solicit your comments and ask for a verifying signature. This checklist is then made a part of your customer file to give us and you a permanent record and quality benchmark for services provided to your company.
